Some of my clients have been dealing with these challenges for as long as they can remember, while others can pinpoint a specific life event that caused the onset. From perfectionism to struggling with work-life balance to dealing with a diagnosed condition, working through it all can be a lot.

It can be hard to make the changes you want without support. I’ll make it easier for you with strategies and techniques that are tailored to you and your situation. But ultimately, it’s up to you to take those strategies and run with them. You should be willing to commit to at least two months of work so we have enough time to equip you with the tools you need to be successful.
