Gottman Method Couples Therapy
You may feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. The same conversations may repeat, nothing seems to change, or something more painful may have happened and the future feels uncertain. There is a path forward — and you do not have to figure it out alone.
Most couples begin with either a Comprehensive Assessment Package or a 2 Day Intensive, depending on how much clarity, structure, and support they need right away. Weekly sessions are also available for couples who prefer a more gradual pace.

What to Expect
Feel understood.
You will both be heard in a way that feels different. We slow things down so each of you has the space to fully express what you’re feeling and what you need.
understand your patterns.
We identify the cycle between you using proven frameworks from the Gottman Method and Relational Life Therapy. Instead of blaming each other, you begin to see the pattern you are caught in.
a clear path forward.
You will leave with specific tools, language, and a clear direction for how to move forward together- so progress continues long after the sessions ends.
